Abstract Submission

We invite graduate students, high school students, and young researchers to submit abstracts for poster presentations.

Please submit your abstract via the Google Form below by August 31th, 2026.

Please prepare your abstract using the Word template provided below.
Abstracts must be written in English and should follow the formatting in the template exactly.
Do not modify the margins, font style, font size, or spacing.

Please ensure that your abstract fits within one page.

Abstracts will be used to create a symposium booklet and will be published as submitted.
(Please note that the organizing committee may make minor formatting adjustments if necessary for publication consistency.)

The name of the abstract file should be the presenter’s name (e.g., Hanako Kagaku.docx, John B Hirosaki.docx).
